Pet Policy

We are a pet friendly community!!

Up to 2 pets per home, w/ a combined 70 lb. weight limit. Our pet restrictions are as follows: NO exotics, this includes reptiles, and rats . Breed restrictions include: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, American Staffordshire Terriers, German Sheppards, Chows, or any mixture thereof.

There is a one time pet fee of $350 for one pet or $600 for 2 pets.

NO monthly pet rent!
